Impulse Water Meters
 
Water meters designed to be permanently installed into pipework on process control applications to measure the volume of water flow through the system with pulse output signal, commonly used on evaporative cooling towers, water softeners, metal finishing lines requiring the volume of water to be accurately measured.
 
Meters sized ½" to 2" are supplied with BSP threaded couplings and seals providing a union type connection to aid installation into the water flow pipework, for meters 2"-8" in diameter these are flanged type meters due to their size and weight including practically of installation. 
 
Both types of water meter measures the quantity of water passing through the meter's highly sensitive gear mechanism together with the turbine sensor that drives a totalisation counter displayed directly on the screen of the meter.
