Constant Flow Pumps

A solenoid dosing pump also known as metering pumps designed designed for high performance and accuracy in polypropylene housing for applications where a low cost pump is required whilst ensuring maximum reliability, designed for continuous operation these pumps can be switched on manually or connected into a simple timer through or integrated with equipment such as | pH controllers | chlorine controllers | redox controllers | to dose chemicals into a wide variety of process control applications.

Often used to dose highly aggressive, volatile and toxic chemicals compatible wet-end kits resistant to the chemical being dose are available for trouble free performance with minimal maintenance required for many years.

Pump Technology

Designed using the latest technology a perfect balance has been achieved between using premium components that ensures reliability and performance with affordability for the operator, through the patented stabilized multi-range power supply (100– 240v) which reacts to live working conditions to only draw the power required to activate the pump and reduce energy consumption; the algorithm also compensates for power supply fluctuations for precise and accurate dosing even in challenging conditions.

Flow Output Adjustment

Chemical dosing can be adjusted manually through either the potentiometer or digital keypad with the option on some models mechanical stroke length when the application requires increased dosing precision and maximum control.

Remote Management

Connection to WI-FI interface webserver - Modbus RTU RS485 Port for integration into complex systems including programming
