Multifunction Digital Pumps
A solenoid dosing pump also known as metering pumps designed with powerful microprocessor
multifunction software in PVDF housing for applications where a universal function metering pump can
be used in processes utilizing it's multifunction program ensuring exceptional performance, reliability, minimal
maintenance and long service life due to the superior components used in manufacture, pumps are often used in conjunction with
other equipment such as | pH controllers | chlorine controllers | redox controllers | to dose chemicals into
a wide variety of process control applications.

Proportional Dosing Pumps
» Proportional dosing is when the pump is programmed to deliver a precise volume of chemical proportionally to a input
signal normally from a water meter.
» Proportional PPM dosing maintains a precise chemical dose in ppm regulated by the input signal from
the water meter.
» Proportional 4-20mA input signal regulates the pumps strokes per minutes based on the incoming 4-20mA signal
normally from a process controller.
» Proportional PPM dosing maintains a precise chemical dose in ppm regulated by the input signal from
the water meter.
Timer Dosing Pumps
» Pump is programmed to dose for a preset period of time (eg 30 minutes) providing a simple solution to
chemical treatment applications .
» Pump is programmed to regulate the pumps stroke frequency output; strokes per minute - per hour
or per day for consistent chemical treatment.

Pump in robust chemical resistant pvdf wall mounted housing delivering precise and accurate dosing in all conditions, the patented stabilised power algorithm reacts to live working conditions compensating for any power fluctuations and reducing energy consumption.
Parameters proportional 4÷20mA, 1:n-n:1
and ppm water meter controlled, internal weekly timer often used for dosing biocides.
Remote access through websever with
full programming authority.
