Chemical Spillage Bunds

Bund tanks manufactured with rolled over edge for additional strength with smooth internal and external surfaces, ideal for spill containment should the integrity of a dosing tank or become compromised.

 

Designed to contain 110% capacity of the equivalent sized dosing tank in the event of a full chemical spillage, providing additional layer of protection and eliminating chemical contamination to the immediate surrounding area.  

 

We strongly advise the use of bund tanks when dosing tanks are being used for storing chemicals.

 

Bund tanks available with capacities from 50 litres through to 1000 Litres.

Dosing tanks manufactured in U.V. stabilized food grade MDPE with smooth internal and external surfaces with black tanks resistant to effects of UV radiation for chemicals that have low vapour pressure including a graduated scale to display the volume of liquid contained available from 50 litres to 1000 litres capacities.

 

Incorporates a split-level design with screwed lid to the lower section this provides extra strength with a raised flat upper section for mounting of equipment such as chemical dosing pumps or metering pumps including electric mixers and chemical level devices.

Manufactured in medium density polyethylene with a graduated scale for volume of liquid contained in the tank, split level design with screw type lid  mounted on lower level, upper section for the mounting of equipment such as chemical dosing pumps, mixers including associated pipework.

 

 

Available in black resistant to effects of UV radiation for chemicals that have low vapour pressure such as Sodium Hypochlorite and Hydrogen Peroxide.

These tanks are ideal for applications where low vapour chemicals such as Sodium Hypochlorite and Hydrogen Peroxide are being stored, as the design provides resistance to the effects of UV radiation for chemicals that have a low vapour pressure.
