• Manufactured from materials that deliver superior robustness chemical compatibility offering extreme accurate metering performance even under fluctuating pressure conditions, principal moving components feature permanent lubrication designed to prevent overheating with the benefit of quiet running whilst extending the pumps life.

Pump Models

• The NX and NY series diaphragm pumps have similar characteristics and functions designed by highly skilled engineers experienced in the  development of high performance and robust metering pumps, capable of coping with any operating environment including extreme flow rates and pressures, adverse temperatures including explosive environments to work for long periods.
• The NX Series can be used effectively in environments where the required flow rates are lower but required to operate at higher pressures whilst retaining accuracy and performance; therefore these pumps can handle flow rates up to 530 l/h with pressures up to 12 bar. 
• The NY Series are designed for the most demanding applications requiring higher flow rate metering pumps but at slightly lower working pressures whilst retaining linear dosing accuracy combined with excellent chemical compatibility; with flow rates up to 2,300 l/hr including working pressures up to 10 bar ideal for much larger water treatment applications.

Exceptional precision and performance even under fluctuating pressure conditions across all flow rates for reduced chemical consumption and precise process control.

 

Diaphragm is directly linked to the mechanism’s moving parts.
